653. Right Title Interest & Estate Whatsoever in & To all that part of a Tract of Land lying & Being in Prince Georges County Aforesaid & also in Charles County the Hog Pen Containing one hundred Acres more or Less which land was Convey'd by Charles Robinson & And Ann his Wife to William Robbins Deceased in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & forty Eight To have & to hold the said Tract or Part of a Tract of Land with all Houses Orchards Fenceing Covenances & Appurtenances to the same or any part thereof belonging or in any ways appertaining unto him the said Thomas Robbins his Heirs & Assigns forever: And The said Nathaniel Talbott doth for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant & Agree to and with the said Thomas Robbins his Heirs Executors Administrators & Assigns that he the said Thomas Robbins his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assignes shall & may by virtue of these presents from time To Time & at all Times hereafter Quietly & peaceably have Hold Occupy or Enjoy the Land & premisses before Granted free and Clear of & from all & every Incumbrance & Charge whatsoever of him the said Nathaniel Talbott his Heirs or Assigns for Ever or of any other person or persons whatsoever in Witness Whereof the said Nathaniel Talbott hath hereto set his hand & Seal the Day & Year above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of us John Welson Nathaniel Tal Burt seal On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written viz.t August 26.th 1765 Then Received from Thomas Robbins the sum of five Shillings Current Money being the Consideration within mentioned J Hepburn Nathaniel Tal Burt August the 26.th 1765 Then Came Nathaniel Tallbott before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provincial court & Acknowledged the Within Deed A the Lands & premises without ^in^ mentioned to be the Right of the within mentioned Thomas Robbins his heirs & Assigns According to the True Intent & meaning of the within Deed and the Act of Assembly in such cases made & provided And Also Came Ann Talbott Wife of the said Nathaniel Talbott who being privately Examined out of the Hearing of her Husband Did willingly and freely Acknowledge the Within Deed & Give up her Right of Dower of the Lands & premisses within mentioned & without being Induced thereto by fears or threats of Ill usage be her husband or fear of his Displeasure 5 1/4 Sides Before J Hepburn Recorded 24.th Sept.r 8.th 1765 Ex.d This Indenture made this twenty sixth Day of August In the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five Between Thomas Robbins of Prince Georges County Planter of the one part and Alexander Campbell of the said County labourer of the other part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Robins for & in Consideration of the sum of Thirty pounds Current Money to him the said Thomas Robbins in hand paid by the said |
