642 Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger as Tenants in Common and not as Jointenants the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger having contributed and paid in the said proportions shares and respects of the Consideration or purchase Money aforesaid and they the same parties having Agreed to take and the said Mary Holmes to Convey Grant and release to them the premisses aforesaid with the Appurtenances as Tenants in Common and not as Jointenants in order that no Right of Survivorship or accretion might take place operate or accrue upon concerning or in respect of the premisses or any part thereof And the said Mary Holmes for herself her Heirs Executors Administrators and assigns doth hereby Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger their Heirs and Assigns respectively that the said Mary Holmes her Heirs and Assigns shall and will at all Times hereafter at the reasonable request and at the proper Cost and Charge of them the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger their Heirs and Assigns make do execute and acknowledge or procure to be made done executed and acknowledged any other lawfull Act and Acts Assurance and Assurances for the better and more perfect Granting conveying and assuring the said Premisses according to the true Intent and Meaning of these presents to the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger their Heirs and Assigns as shall be reasonably desired and required for and concerning the same In Witness whereof the said Mary Holmes hath hereunto set her Hand and Affixed her seal the day and year first above Written Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us Mary Holmes seal Tho.s How Ridgate Jn.o Barnes On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received on the day and year first within Written of and from the within named Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger the within mentioned sum of Seventy nine Pounds & Ten Shillings Sterling being the consideration money within mentioned to be paid by them to me I say received by me Witness present Jn.o Barnes Mary Holmes Tho.s How Ridgate (Charles) |
