641 and to their Heirs and Assigns for ever All those the aforesaid two Tracts or parcells of Land scituate lying and being with the Appurtenances in Baltimore County aforesaid called or known by the Names following (that is to say) the one of them called or known by the Name of The Land of Goshen and the other of them called or known by the Name of Cannons Delight together with all the Right Members and Appurtenances and all Houses Edifices Buildings Meadows Trees Woods Underwoods Ways Paths Waters Water Courses Easements profits Commodities Improvements Advantages Emoluments and Hereditaments comprehended within the Bounds Limits and Extent of the said Tracts or parcells of Land called the Land of Goshen and Cannons Delight and each of them or belonging or in any wise Appurtaining or which now are or formerly have been accepted reputed used Occupied or enjoyed to or with the same or as part parcell or member thereof or part thereof and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rent Services and Profits of the Premisses hereby granted and released or meant or intended to be hereby granted and released and of every part and parcell thereof with the Appurtenances And also all the Estate Right Title Claim Interest and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity of her the said Mary Holmes in all and every respect whatsoever and howsoever vested acquired founded or derived in and to all and singular the premisses hereby granted and released or meant or mentioned to be granted and released hereby and of in and to every part and parcell thereof with the Appurtenances And also all Deeds Minuments Writings Escripts and Evidences touching or concerning the said premises or any part thereof To have and to hold all and singular and every the premisses hereby granted and released or mentioned or intended to be hereby granted and released and every part and parcell thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger their Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoofe of them the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger their Heirs and Assigns in Manner and Form following that is to say one undivided fifth part or share of the Premisses aforesaid hereby granted and released or mentioned or hereby intended to be grated and released with the appurtenances to the said Benjamin Tasker his Heirs and Assigns One other undivided fifth part or share of the said Premisses to the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns One other undivided fifth part or share of the said premisses to the said Charles Carroll Barrister at Law his Heirs and Assigns One undivided tenth part or share of the said Premisses to the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns one other undivided tenth part or share of the said Premisses to the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns and one other and the remaining fifth part or share of the Premisses to the said Charles Carroll the Younger his Heirs and Assigns to them the said Benjamin Tasker Charles |
