638 Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger All those two Tracts or parcells of land Scituate lying and being in Baltimore Country in the said Province of Maryland called or known by the Names following that is to say The Land of Goshen and Cannons Delight together with all the Rights Members and Appurtenances and all Houses Edifices Buildings Meadows Trees Woods Underwoods Ways Paths Waters Water Courses Easements Profitts Commodities Improvements Advantages Emoluments and Hereditaments comprehended within the Bounds Limits and Extent of the said Tracts or parcells of Land and each of them or belonging or in anywise Appertaining or which now are or formerly have been accepted reputed used occupied or enjoyed to or with the same or as part parcell or Member thereof or any part thereof And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Services and profits of the said Premisses and of every part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances To have and to hold all and Singular and each and every of the Premisses unto the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger their Executors Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for and during and until the full end and Term of one Whole Year then next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended Yielding and paying therefore one pepper Corn in and upon the Feast of Saint Michael the Archangel if demanded To the Intent and purpose that by virtue of these Presents and by force and operation of the Statute for transferring uses into possession they the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger may be in the actual possession of all and singular the premisses and thereby be enabled to accept and take a Grant and release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to them and their Heirs to their only proper use and Behoofe In Witness whereof the said Mary Holmes hath hereunto set her Hand and affixed her seal the day and year first above written Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us Jn.o Barnes Mary Holmes seal Tho.s Stow Ridgate On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received on the day and year first within Written of and from the within Named Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll the Younger the within mentioned sum of Five Shillings Sterling being the consideration Money within mentioned to be by them paid to me I say received by me Witness present Mary Holmes Jn.o Barnes Tho.s How Ridgate Charles |
