       unto them the s.d John Hammond & Denton Hammond (as Tenants in
       Common of same as af.d) and to their respective Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs and
       Assigns to and for their & Each of their proper Use and Behoof and for
       none other whatsoever And the s.d William Gaither the af.d Premises
       real and personal of Every Kind with their Appurtenances and herein
       and hereby Comprehended and disposed of by him or intended so to be
       unto them The s.d John Hammond & Denton Hammond & their respective
       Heirs Ex.rs &C from and against himself and his heirs and all Persons
       whatsoever shall and will at all times hereafter fully & freely warrant
       and Defend  And Shall and will make & Execute unto them the
       Parties af.d any other further or more sufficient Conveyance of same
       as of said William by them shall or may be reasonably required  
       Provided Always and it is the true Intent and Meaning of these
       Presents That if the s.d William Gaither shall and will wit him a reasonable
       Time from the Date hereof and at the proper Instance and
       Request of them the s.d John & Denton Hammond well and truly indemnify
       acquit save harmless or otherwise duly secure the s.d Parties and each
       of them and their respective Heirs Executors and Adm.rs from and against
       all & Every Payment of any sum or sums of Money Costs Damages &
       Charges & other Claims & Demands whatsoever against them growing
       or arising or what which may or shall Ensue by from or in Consequence
       of the s.d John & Denton Hammond Entring themselves and becoming sureties
       for the said William Gaither in the Injunction Bond af.d given by him
       & them as af.d  And moreover if he the s.d William shall and will well &
       truly comply with and perform all & singular the Covenants & Agreements
       Entered into by him in Behalf of his sureties af.d and which are
       specified & Particularized in another Instrument of Writing under the
       Hand & seal of s.d William & bearing Date the Eight Day of March last
       Past  And Furthermore if the said William shall and will Well and
       truly pay & satisfy unto s.d John & Denton Hammond as af.d their Exors &
       the Consideration Money above Expressed to have been rece.d by him
       of them being the sum of five shillings Currency as also the Cost & Charge
       of Writing and recording these presents Then the same and Every Part
       and Paragraph hereof to be void Else to be & remain in full Force &
       Virtue in Law  And the said William Gaither for himself his heirs
       Executors &C doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with the s.d
       John & Denton Hammond & Each of them & their respective Heirs Exrs &C
       That he the s.d William and his Heirs &C his af.d Securities John & Denton
       Hammond & their respective Heirs Exrs &C from and against all
       and Every Payment of any such Sum of Sums of Money Costs Damages
       & Charges & other Claims & Demands whatsoever growing or arising or which
       may or shall ensue & become due against them by from or in Consequence
       of their becoming Sureties for him in the Injunction Bond af.d or otherwise
