622) to the usual form of Common recoveries with double voucher for Assurance of Lands in such Case used and accustomed Now This Indenture Witness that for the settling and declaring the Intent use and purpose of the said Recovery or Recoveries so to be suffered as aforesaid and for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings Current Money by him the said Thomas Watt to the same Mary Watt in hand paid the receipt Whereof the same Mary Watt doth hereby acknowledge Has Covenanted granted agreed and declared by and between all the said parties to these presents that the said Common Recovery or Recoveries so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had and Suffered and the Execution thereof from and immediately after the suffering the same or any other Recovery or Recoveries of the said mentioned premisses or any part thereof shall and is and are hereby intended to be and enure and Shall be adjudged construed deemed and taken and is and are and was and were meant and intended and is and are hereby declared to be and enure and the Recoveror or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named and he and they and his and their Heirs shall ^stand^ and be seised of the said Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof to and for the only proper use and behoof of him the same Thomas Watt his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above Written Sealed and delivered his in the presence of George @ Shirley seal Jas Tilghman 3.d mark Phil R.d Francis Lee Thomas Watt seal her Mary Watt seal mark On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written (Viz) Received on the day and Year first within written of and from the within name Thomas Watt the sum of five shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid me her Test Mary Watt Jas Tilghman 3.d mark on the 11.th day of September in the year seventeen hundred and sixty five |
