618) Attorneys named in the above power appeared before us the subscribers two of the right honourable the Lord proprietary of Maryland his Justices of the peace for Baltimore County and in the name of the above and within named John Sayre did acknowledge the within deed and the Premisses therein contained unto the within named Samuel Purviance his Executors Administrators and Assigns according to the form and effect of the same Deed Witness our hands NRuxton Gay Recorded 11.th Sept.r 1765 Benjamin Rogers 10 sides (Vide Page 610 & 611 for the fouging Part of this Deed) Cases used and the same recovery is also to be executed by one Writ of Habere facias seisenam accordingly and it is hereby further Covenanted concluded and agreed by and between all the said parties to these Presents for themselves and every of them their and every of their heirs that the said Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had and Suffered of the said Messuage Tenement Lands Hereditaments and premisses above mentioned shall be and enure and shall be deemed adjudged and taken and is meant and intended and by all the said parties to these presents is hereby declared to be and enure and the said Littleton Dennis and his heirs for ever from and Imideately after the suffering the same shall stand and be seized of all and Singular the said Messuage Tenement Lands and Hereditaments above mentioned and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances to and for the only use and behoof of the said Bowden Robins his heirs and Assignes for ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In witness Whereof all the said parties to these presents their hands have set and seals Affixed the day and year first Above written Signed Sealed and Jn.o Scarbrough Jun.r seal Delivered in Presence of her Ann I Scarbrough seal Tho.s Lambden mark Samuel Scarbrough seal James Atkinson Peggy Scarbrough seal Bowd.n Robins seal Litt Dennis seal Maryland |
