       within mentioned to be Conveyed to the Said Walter Dulany and David Wolstenholme
       their Heirs and Assigns for ever and she did also declare that she made his Release
       and Acknowledgment Voluntarily and freely and without being Induced thereto by Fear
       or Threats of or Ill Usage by her said Husband or Fear of his Displeasure according
       to the Directions of the same Act

Ex.d      Know all Men by these Presents   That We Barbara Boog
       Eldest Lawfull Daughter and heir Portioner of the deceast William Boog writer in
       Falkirck in the County of Sterling in North Brittain with Consent of James
       Sword Baxter in Falkirk my Husband and I the said James Sword for my self and
       as taking burden in and upon Me for my said Spouse Elizabeth Boog second
       Lawfull Daughter and Heir Portioner of the said William Boog with Consent of
       James Robertson Merchant in Leith in the County of Edinburgh North Brittain
       foresaid my Husband And I the said James Robertson for my self and as taking
       Burthen in & upon me for my said Spouse And we all with one Advice and Consent
       Whereas John Boog late Planter in Maryland in America who was born
       in the said Parish of Falkirk having died in the Year one Thousand six hundred
       & sixty seven in the said Province of Maryland possessed of certain Tracts of Land therein
       and having left me Lawfull Issue the said William Boog Father to Us the Saids
       Barbara and Elizabeth Boogs as being Eldest lawful Son of the deceacd James
       Boog late Baillie of the Regality of Falkirk who was Cousine on the Father's side
       and nearest of Kin to the Said John Boog became his heirs & had good & undoubted
       Right to all and singular the Lands Moneys and other Estate whether real or
       personal belonging to the said deceacd John Boog his Cousine at the Time of his
       decease   In Pursuance of which Right the said William Boog did in the
       Year One thousand seven hundred and Twenty Seven Transmitt to Doctor
       Gustavus Brown living in Charles County in Maryland a Power of Attorney
       for prosecuting his Right and Title to the Estate Real and Personal of the
