59. their seals the day and Year first above Written James Dick s Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of Walter Dulany s John Brice William Cooke Dan.l Wolstenholme s On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named Walter Dulany and Dan.l Wolstenholme the within Mentioned Sum of Two hundred Pounds Current Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid by them to me Witness John Brice I say received by me William Cooke James Dick Memorandum that on the day and Year first within Written the within named James Dick upon that part of the piece of Ground within mentioned and not within excepted claiming one undivided third part thereof with the Appurtenances did enter and full Possession and seisin of the undivided third part (of the Piece of Ground) within mentioned to be conveyed and premisses with the appurtenances thereto belonging delivered over unto the within mentioned Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme by delivery of Turf and Twigg upon the said part of the piece of Ground aforesaid not within Excepted in the name of the undivided third part of the piece of Ground within mentioned to be Conveyed ^To have and to hold one undivided Moiety of the same one undivided third part of the Piece of Ground within mentioned to be conveyed and Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns for ever and^ To have and To hold the within divided Moyety of the same One undivided third part of the piece of Ground within mentioned to be Conveyed and Premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said Daniel Wolstenholme his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Written Indenture in the Presence of Jn.o Brice William Cooke On the 24.th day of August 1763 Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within named James Dick and Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be bargained Sold and Conveyed to be the Right and Estate of the within named Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme their Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and provided And on the same Day and Year came also before me Margaret Dick the Wife of the aforesaid James Dick and being by me Privately Examined apart from and out of the hearing of her said Husband did release and did declare that she did thereby intend to release all her Right of Dower of and unto the said Land and Premisses within |
