593 to be Granted and Released he the said William Black doth hereby Acknowledge and therewith confess himself fully content and Satisfied He the said William Black Hath Granted Bargained and Sold aliened Released and Confirmed and by these presents doth fully Clearly and Absolutely Grant Bargain and sell Alien Release and Confirm unto the said John Hammond (in his Actual Possession now being by virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made by the said William Black by Indenture bearing date the day next before the day of the date of these presents for the Term of one whole Year Commencing from the day next before the day of the date of the same Indenture for the Consideration of five Shillings Sterling therein mentioned and by Force and Virtue of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession) and to his Heirs and Assigns, All T^h^at Tract or Parcell of Land called Majors Fancy lying in the province of Maryland aforesaid and being Situate near the Head of Severn River and meted and bounded as P.r the Certificate and Patent Courses thereof Entered on Record among the Land Records of the said Province may at Large Appear and laid out for and Containing one hundred and Eighty six Acres of Land more or less; Together with all and singular the Appurtenances unto the Same in any wise belonging with the Reversion and Reversions, Remainder and Remainders, Issues and Profits thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Possession Property Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said William Black of into or out of the said Tract or parcel of Land with its Appurtenances, and any and every part thereof with all and Singular the Title Deeds Papers, and other Vouchers of every kind respecting the same To have and to Hold the aforesaid Tract or parcell of Land called Majors Fancy aforesaid with every its Premisses and Appurtenances hereby Granted Released sold Aliened and Confirmed as aforesaid or intended so to be unto the said John Hammond his Heirs and Assigns for ever, to and for his and their only proper use and behoof and for none other whatsoever; And the said William Black doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said John Hammond and his Heirs and Assigns, That he the said William Black at the Execution of these presents is Lawfull Owner and proprietor of the aforesaid Tract of Land with its Appurtenances aforesaid, and is rightfull Seised and Estated thereof in Fee simple without any Condition or Limitation Coupled therewith or any Incumbrances whatsoever thereon that can or may now or hereafter |
