58.

       of him the said Daniel Wolstenholme his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other
       Use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said James Dick for himself his heirs
       Executors and Administrators and each and every of them Doth hereby Covenant Grant
       Promise and agree to and with the said Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme and
       each of them their and each of their Heirs and Assigns in Manner and form following
       that is to say That he the said James Dick and his Heirs the aforesaid one undivided
       third part of the piece of Ground Houses Mills Granaries and Appurtenances so
       held in Common as aforesaid and hereby granted bargained and sold to them the said
       Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme or meant meantioned & intended so to be
       unto them the said Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme shall and will Warrant
       and for ever defend by these presents from and against him the said James Dick and
       his Heirs and from and against all Manner of Person or Persons whatsoever
       lawfully claiming or that shall hereafter claim by from or under or in Trust for him
       the said James Dick   And that the said James Dick his Heirs Executors and
       Administrators and each and every of them shall and will from Time to Time
       and at all Times hereafter at and upon the request Costs and Charges of the said
       Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme their Heirs or Assigns or any of them make
       do Acknowledge Suffer and Execute or Cause and Procure to be made done acknowledged
       suffered and executed all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts
       Deed and Deeds Thing and Things devices Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever
       for the further better and more perfect assuring conveying suremaking and Confirming
       the said One undivided third part of the piece of Ground Houses Mills Granaries and
       Appurtenances so held in Common as aforesaid and every of them and every part and
       parcel thereof unto them the said Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme
       their heirs and assigns for ever in Manner as aforesaid and according to the true intent
       and Meaning of these Presents as by the said Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme
       and their heirs and assigns or their or any of their Counsel learned in the Law shall
       be reasonably devised or advised and required so as such further Assurance or
       Assurances contain therein no further or greater Warranty or Covenant than
       are in these presents contained   In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed
