       Molleson jointly shall be vested in the said Charles Grahame
       only  And further the said James Russell doth hereby revoke and
       and make void all former Powers and Authorities by him heretofore
       given to any person or persons whomsoever touching the matters
       aforesaid by ^or^ any of them In Witness whereof the said James Russell
       hath hereunto set his hand and seal the second day of May in the
       Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty four

                    Sealed and dedlivered (being first            James Russell   seal
          duly Stamped) in the presence off

                   On the Back of the Aforegoing Letter of Attorney was thus
                   Written Viz.t
                                                       Maryland Ann Arundell County fs.t

       Personally Came and Appeared before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court for the Province aforesaid
       Robert Christie Junior one of the Subscribing Witnesses to the within
       Letter of Attorney and being Sworn on the Holy Evangelists of
       Almighty God Deposeth and saith that he was Present at the
       execution of the within Letter of Attorney and did see and here the
       within named James Russell sign seal and Deliver the within
       as his Act and Deed to and for the uses intents and Purposes
       within mentioned and that he this Deponant ^Deponant^ did Write his
       name as a Witness thereto ^and that at the same time he saw Thomas Dennwood the other Subscribing Witness to the within Letter of Attorney sign his name as a witness thereto^  And that the names Robert Christie
       Junior and Thomas Dennwood subscribed as Witnesses to the
       execution of the within Letter of Attorney are severally of this Deponent
       and the other subscribing Witness's Hand Writing
                                        Taken and sworn to 25.th day of July 1765

Exed            This Indenture made this twenty Ninth Day of July
       in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty
