580 late of London Merchant but now on a Voyage to Maryland aforesaid his true and Lawfull Attornies irrevocable in the name of him the said James Russell only or in the names of them the said James Russell and William Molleson to ask demand and receive and by all lawfull means to sue for and recover of and from the before named Alexander Symmer and Andrew Symmer their or either of their heirs Executors or Administrators the said severall sums of one thousand five hundred and thirteen pounds and nine pence and eight hundred and eighty two pounds eight Shillings and ten pence together with all interest due and to grow due thereon And upon receit of the said sums ^or^ of either of them or any part thereof to give and execute sufficient receits and discharges for what shall be so received or recovered And also all such other sum and sums of money debts and demands whatsoever which now are or hereafter shall be due and owing to the Partnership estate of the said James Russell and William Molleson by or from any Person or Persons whomsoever in Maryland aforesaid and further to settle and adjust all and every Account and Accounts whatsoever which now are or may be depending between the said James Russell and William Molleson as Partners as aforesaid or the said James Russell only and any other Person or Persons whomsoever and to compound or receive the ballances of such Account or Accounts and for him the said James Russell and in his Name to give receits or other sufficient Discharges for such monies so received or for the ballance or ballances of such Account and Accounts or any part thereof or for the Composition agreedble to be accepted for the same And under them the said Charles Grahame and William Molleson from time to time to substitute one or more Attorney or Attornies and the same again to revoke as the said Charles Grahame and William Molleson Shall see fit and generally to do and perform on behalf of the said James Russell every thing necessary for the recovering of the said Debts as fully and effectually to all intents and purposes as he the said James Russell his Executors Administrators or Assignes or any of them could or might do were he or they Personally present he hereby ratifying and confirming all and whatsoever his said Attorney or Attornies shall or may lawfully do or cause to be done in and touching the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents And the said James Russell doth hereby declare that in case of the death of the said William Molleson or his departure from the Province of Maryland Then all the power and Authority hereby vested in the said Charles Grahame and William Molleson |
