57. so held by them the said Walter Dulany James Dick and Dan.l Wolstenholme as aforesaid Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said James Dick for and in Consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Pounds Current Money to him in hand paid by the s.d Walter Dulany &c Daniel Wolstenholme before the Ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof the Said James Dick doth hereby Acknowledge and therefrom acquit and discharge the said Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme their heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns by these Presents Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and Confirm unto them the said Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme All the said James Dick his One undivided third part of the said Ground so held in Common by him with the said Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme as aforesaid (subject to and Burthened Nevertheless with the Priviledges reserved and Ascertained to the said Walter Dulany his heirs and Assigns in and by the said recited Deed of Conveyance) Together with his the said James Dick's undivided third part of all houses Edifices Mills Granaries Buildings Erections Improvements Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever on the said Ground to held in Common erected standing or being or thereto in any manner belonging or appurtaining And the reversion and Reversions remainder and remainders rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcell thereof And also all the Estate right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said James Dick either in Law or Equity of into and out of his the said James Dicks one undivided third part of the said Ground so Held in Common by him the said Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme as aforesaid and Premisses with the Appurtenances and of into and out of every part and parcell thereof To have and To hold one undivided ^Moiety of the said undivided^ third part of him the said James Dick of the Piece of Ground Houses Mills Granaries and Appurtenances So held in Common as aforesaid to him the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoofe of him the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And To have and To hold the other undivided Moyety of the said undivided third part of him the said James Dick of the piece of Ground Houses Mills Granaries and Appurtenances so held in Common as afd to him the said Daniel Wolstenholme his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of |
