       the said Tracts pieces or parcells of Land and each of them & each
       and every part & parcell thereof  And ^he^ the said Samuel Chapman for
       the purpose and upon and for the Consideration aforesaid Hath
       also given granted bargained sold & delivered and by these
       presents Doth give grant bargain sell and deliver unto him the
       said James Dick his Executors Administrators & Assigns all and
       each and every of the Slaves of him the said Samuel Chapman herein
       after named to wit Sues Jack David Tom Bob Charles Tom Harry
       Didoes Jack b^o^y Jack Moses Will Charles Moses Kate & Child Lucy
       Bett Nell Rachell Judah Jenny Priss Nell Kate Poll Nam
       Betty together with their Increase To have & to hold the said two
       tracts pieces or parcells of Land and every part and parcell of
       them with their & each of their Rights Members & Appurtenances
       to him the said James Dick his Heirs & Assigns  And to have and
       to hold the said Negroe Slaves to him the said James Dick his
       Executors Administrators & Assigns In and upon the trust &
       Confidence nevertheless that he the said James Dick his heirs
       Executors Administrators & Assigns shall and will as soon as
       conveniently may be after the Ninth day of July Next but not
       before and also after convenient Public Notice thereof set up &
       expose to sale by way of Publick Vandue on the premisses or at Annapolis
       All the said Lands & Slaves or such part thereof as m^a^y be
       necessary in such proportions or parts as he the said James Dick
       his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall think proper
       & the same Lands & Slaves or any part thereof so set up at
       Vandue to sell & the same so sold to deliver make over and convey
       to the respective purchaser or purchasers thereof and the monies
       arising by such sale & conveyance to receive and after the Receit
       thereof the same monies to apply in the first place to the payment
       Satisfact.n & Discharge of all Costs Charges and Expences that he
       the said James Dick his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns
       have been or shall be put by the Creation or Execution of this trust
       and the residue thereof Shall retain in his own hands and pay
       and deliver over in or towards payment Satisfaction & discharge
       of the said sums of money due to him the said James Dick Ann
       Chapman Executrix of the late William Chapman John Brice
       Esq.r & Benjamin Tasker Esq.r and Interest thereon or of such
       Sum or Sums of Money as shall be then due to the said James
