       April Seventeen hundred & sixty three with Interest from
       that date To John Brice Esq.r in the sum of one hundred &
       Eighty Pounds Sterling by Bond dated the Eighteenth day of
       October Seventeen hundred & sixty four with Interest from that
       date & to Benj.n Tasker Esq.r in the sum of sixty eight Pounds
       Eleven Shillings and six pence Sterling by Bond dated the
       Twenty ninth of February seventeen hundred & sixty four
       with Interest from that date  Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the said Samuel Chapman for securing the payment of
       the said Several Sums of Money to the said James Dick
       Ann Chapman Executrix of the late William Chapman John
       Brice Esq.r & Benjamin Tasker Esq.r respectively with Interest
       thereon from the Dates of of Their Several Bonds untill payment
       and in Consideration of Five Shillings Sterling Money
       by him the said James Dick to the said Samuel Chapman
       in hand paid at or before the Sealing & Delivery of these
       Presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge &
       thereof & therefrom doth release Acquit & Discharge the said
       James Dick his Heirs Executors & Administrators and Assigns
       & every of them by these presents Hath given granted bargained
       Sold Aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these
       presents Doth give grant bargain sell Alien release enfeoffe &
       Confirm unto him the said James Dick his heirs & Assigns for
       ever All that Tract of Land Called Rowedown Security Containing
       about Eight hundred & one Acres more or less and also that
       other tract of Land Called Rothery containing about sixty
       five Acres more or less both being and lying in Anne Arundel
       County near Queen Anne together with all Houses Buildings
       Gardens Orchard Ways Woods Underwoods Waters Water Courses
       profits priviledges Advantages & Appurtenances w^h^atsoever to the
       said Tracts pieces or parcells of Land & each of them belonging or
       in any wise Ap^p^ertaining and the Reversion & Reversions
       Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues & profits of the same
       tracts pieces or parcells of Land and each of them and every
       part & parcell thereof And all the Estate Right Title
       Interest use possession property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said Samuel Chapman of into or out
