574 as by Reference thereunto the same may appear & to which for greater certainty reference is thereunto Had and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders ^of^ him the said Daniel Dulany and all the Estate Right Title Interest and Demand of him in & to the said Parcells of Land & every Part thereof with all the Improvements Emoluments & Appurtenances thereunto belonging To have & to hold all & singular the Premisses unto them the s.d Henry Addison & Rachel Addison his wife & to the Heires & Assigns of the said Henry Addison to his & their proper use & Behoof In Witness Whereof the said Daniel Dulany hath hereunto Affixed his hand & Seal the day & year first above written Sealed & delivered in the presence of Richard Tilghman 4.th Dan.l Dulany Seale on the Back of the aforegoing deed was thus Written Viz One the fourth day of July Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and sixty five before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the provincial Court of the Province of Maryland Personally appeared the within Daniel Dulany Esq.r and Acknowledged the with^in^ Indenture to his Act & Deed and the Land & premisses therein mentioned to be the right & Estate of the within named Henry Addison & Rachel his wife according to the true intent & meaning of the same deed and the Act of Assembly in Such Case made & provided John Brice 4 1/4 sides Recorded 4.th July 1765 Ex.d This Indenture made this Tenth day of July One Thousand seven hundred and sixty five between Samuel Chapman of Ann Arundel County of the one part and James Dick of Ann Arundel County Merchant of the other part Whereas the said Samuel Chapman is now justly and truly Indebted to the said James Dick and the several persons following in the severall and respective sums of money herein after mentioned that is to say To him the said James Dick in the sum of Two hundred & Eighty Six pounds Eighteen Shillings & two pence Sterling by to and dated Twenty Second day of November Seventeen hundred & sixty three with Interest from that date To Anne Chapman Executrix of the late William Chapman in the sum of one hundred & Eighty Seven Pounds Sterling by Bond dated thirteenth day of (April) |
