       & competent Provision And Reciting also that whereas a marriage was
       intended by Gods permission shortly to be had & solemnized between the
       said Henry Addison & the said Rachel Knight By which said Articles of
       Agreement was (among other things) concluded upon and agreed that in
       Case the said intended Marriage should take Effect that the said Parcels
       of Land should be conveyed assured and setled upon the said Daniel Dulany
       Esquire (now deceased) and the first named Daniel Dulany to the Use
       and behoof of the s.d Henry Addison & Rachel Knight his intended wife
       and the Longer Liver of them during their natural Lives and from and
       after the Determination of that Estate that to the use and behoof of the
       Right Heires of the said Henry Addison subject nevertheless to the
       following Express Condition that if the aforesaid Rebecca Knight and
       Sarah Knight or Either of them shall attain to their or either of their
       Age or shall or either of them shall marry that then the said Henry
       should pay the sum of four hundred Pounds Sterling to the said Rebecca
       Knight on her attaining her Age or marriage to wit her Age of sixteen
       Years in Case she should attain her said Age or marry and the Sum
       of three hundred Pounds Sterling to the said Sarah Knight on her
       attaining her age of sixteen years or marriage in Case she should
       attain her ^said^ Age or marry which of the said Events should first happen
       the said respective sums of four hundred Pounds Sterling and three
       Hundred Pounds sterling to be taken and deemed as a full satisfaction
       and discharge of all claims and Demands of the said Rebecca
       Knight & Sarah Knight to all & every Part or the personal Estate of
       the aforesaid William Knight respectively whether under & by Virtue of
       the Last Will & Testament of two ^the^ said William Knight or by Reason
       of the Portions or filial Shares of the said Rebecca & Sarah & in Costs that
       the said Rebecca & Sarah or either of them shall ^Should^ in any manner
       aforesaid claim & demand any Part share or Portion of or out of the
       personal Estate of the said William Knight that then such respective
       Part Share or Portion Should according to the Amount thereof
       Saith the Several sums aforesaid of four hundred Pounds Sterling &
       three hundred Pounds Sterling so that in Case the said respective
       Parts shares or Portions should fall short of the said several sums of
       four hundred Pounds Sterling & three hundred Pounds Sterling the
       the said Henry Addison should pay to the said Rebecca & Sarah
       respectively such sum or sums only as being added to the said Parts
       Shares or Portions should or might make up & compleat upon the
