56. X.d This Indenture made this Eighth day of August in the Year seventeen hundred and Sixty three Between James Dick of London Town Merchant of the one Part and Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme of the City of Annapolis Esquires of the other Part Whereas the said James Dick Walter Dulany and Daniel Wolstenholme are Seized in Fee Simple in undivided third parts as Tenants in Common of and in all that piece or parcell of Ground lying and being in the City of Annapolis aforesaid (Except Such part thereof as is herein after Excepted) which is Included and Contained within the following Boundaries Lines Courses and distances to Wit Beginning at a Stone standing on the East Side of Scots Strat marked WC and running thence North Seventy Nine degrees East thirteen perches and five links to a stone marked N.o 2 thence South forty five degrees and thirty Minutes Easterly six Perches to a stone marked N.o 3 then South eighty three degrees and forty five Minutes Easterly seven Perches to a stone marked N.o 4 thence with a Line drawn so as to strike the Tangent of the Circle of the Mill on the North West side of the said Circle which said Line is North forty five degrees and forty five Minutes Easterly thirty two perches to the River Side then down and with the River and Easterly course then by and with the River till it intersects a line drawn south forty five degrees and thirty Minutes Easterly from the first beginning stone marked WC thence with the said line reversed to the beginning containing two acres and three quarters of an Acre (Excepting out of the said Parcel of Ground included and Contained within the Boundaries lines Courses and distances aforesaid all that Parcell of Ground beginning at a stone marked WD running thence South ten Degrees West to the Water and with the Water till it intersects a line drawn from the said stone marked WD East thirty degrees South and whit the same Line reversed to the Beginning (& also of a Wind Mill Granary and Coopers shop in the said Ground so held in Common erected with the Appurtenances to them belonging subject) Nevertheless to several Priviledges of the said Walter Dulany his Heirs and Assigns in the said Ground so held in Common as aforesaid reserved and ascertained in and by a Deed of Conveyance made and Executed by the afor.d Walter Dulany to the afores.d James Dick and Daniel Wolstenholme on or about the Nineteenth day of February seventeen hundred and sixty two and recorded in the Secretary's Office among the Provincial Land Records in Liber DD N.o 2 follios 50. 52. 53. 54 and 55 of two undivided third parts of the said Ground so |
