       Daughters Mary Parker & Elizabeth Parker now Eliz.th Greenfield
       all her Right in Possession & Remainder of the Afores.d Tract of
       Land Called Piscattoway Forrest Containing six Hundred and
       Ninety Three acres in Two Moieties or Even portions to be Equally
       Divided between them as by Reference to s.d Two Deeds bearing Equall
       Date Recorded in s.d County may further appear But their Brother
       Hutchison Parker afores.d under pretence of a Disputable Clause in
       his Brother Gabriel Parker's will Claimed a Right to Three
       Hundred & forty six acres in remainder after the Death of his
       sister in Law Sarah Parker now Sarah King of s.d Tract of Land
       Called Piscattoway Forrest and in pursuance of s.d Claim Conveyed
       it to s.d Francis King now Husband of s.d Sarah King his Heirs &
       Assignes for Ever which occasioned a Dispute Between Francis
       King on the one part & s.d Mary Parker and Thomas Greenfield
       & Elizabeth his Wife on the other part about the Title of s.d
       Land w.ch to prevent a Law Suit was by Agreement on both
       sides Left to Arbitration and by the Arbitrator's the Right of s.d
       Land In Remainder was Determined to be in s.d Mary Parker &
       Thomas Greenfield & Elizabeth his Wife under obligation
       of making over Each of their Shares of s.d Three Hundred & forty six
       Acres in Remainder of s.d Piscattoway Forrest in fee Simple to s.d
       Francis King his heires & Assignes for Ever In Consideration of s.d
       Francis Kings Paying or securing to be paid the sum of one Hundred
       & seventy Three Pounds Sterling In Two Even Sums to s.d Mary Parker
       & Thomas Greenfield & Elizabeth his wife to be Equally Divided
       Between them    Now This Indenture Witnesseth That
       the af.d Mary Parker for and in Consideration of the sum of Eighty
       Six Pounds Ten Shillings Sterling (being her Equal Dividend
       & Share of the one Hundred and twenty Three pounds Sterl I awarded
       by the Arbitration afores.d by the s.d Francis King well & Truly Paid
       before The Ensealing & Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
       she Doth hereby Acknowledge & thereof & Every part thereof Doth
       Acquit & Discharge the s.d Francis King heires Ex.rs & Adm.rs Hath
       Granted Bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed & by these
       presents Doth Clearly and Absolutely Grant ^Bargain Sell Alien enfeoff & Confirm unto the said Francis King his heirs & Assigns for ever all her right & title Interest property^ Claim & Demand
       whatsoever in Law or Equity Expectancy or Remainder of in and to her
       moiety Share & Dividend of the Three hundred & forty six Acres
       of Land in Right of Remainder of s.d Piscattoway Forrest Amounting
