       Current Money by Bond jointly made to acertain Barnabas Hughs of Baltimore Town and
       County in the Province of Maryland and to the said William Buchanan which said Barnabas
       Hughes is since Deceased and the aforesaid William Buchanan him Survives
       and also in Consideration of Five shillings Current Money to me in hand Paid at
       and before the ensealing and Delivery hereof these Presents by the said William Buchanan
       Know Ye therefore that I the said George Swope for & towards the Payment and
       Satisfaction of the aforesaid sums of Money and Tobacco for Divers other Considerations
       me thereunto moving have Granted Assigned Bargained and Sold and by these Presents
       doth Freely and Absolute Grant Assign Bargain and Sell unto the aforesaid
       William Buchanan all and all Manner of Goods Chattells Debts Monies
       and Books of Accounts and all other things of me the said George Swope whatsoever ^being in Accomako County in the Province of Virginia and all and all Manner of Goods ^Chattells Debts^ Monies and Books & Accounts and all other things of me the said George Whatsoever to Swope whatsoever ^ being
       in the Counties of Worcester and Somerset in the Province of Maryland and also
       all and all Manner of Goods Chattells Debts Monies and Books of Accounts and all
       other things of me the said George Swope whatsoever being in the Province of Pensylvania
       and also all and all Manner of Goods Chattells Debts Monies and Books of
       Accounts and all other things of me the said George Swope whatsoever elsewhere being
       as well Real as Personal of what kind Nature or Quality soever To have and to hold the
       same and every part thereof and every Parcell thereof unto him the said William
       Buchanan his Executors Administrators and Assigns forever to the only Proper
       use and behoof of him the said William Buchanan his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns forever and I the said George Swope do hereby make Ordain Constitute
       and Appoint the said William Buchanan his Executors Administrators
       and Assigns my True and lawfull Attorney and Attorneys Irrevocable
       in my name but for his and their use and Benefit to Ask Demand
       sue for recover and receive of and from all Persons to me in any Manner
       Indebted or who have or may have in their Possession any or any Manner
       of Goods Chattells Debts Monies or Book of Accounts all and all Manner
       of Goods Chattells Debts Monies and Book Accounts and all other things
       of me the said George Swope and from time to time to give Good and sufficient
       Discharges for the same and for the Purposes aforesaid to Appoint under
       him or them one or more Attorney or Attorneys and them at Pleasure to
