54. Granting unto the Said Attorney full Power and Lawfull Authority for him the said Constituents in his Name and for his Use to take Possession of All and Singular the Lands Houses Tenements Erections Buildings Cattle Forges Oar Goods Utensils Implements Live and Dead Stock Negroes and other things whatsoever Situate lying and being in any part of the Province of Maryland Sold Assigned and set over to him the said John Buchanan by James Wardrop late of the Province of Maryland in America Merchant deceased in and by certain Indenture of Lease and Release bearing date respectively the First and second day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty four and therein particularly mentioned described and set forth And Further for him the said Appearer in his Name and for his use to grant Bargain Sell assign transfer and set over unto any Person or Persons whatsoever who is are or shall be desirous to become Purchaser or Purchasers of all or any the said Lands Houses Tenements Erections Buildings Cattle Forges Oar Goods Utensils Implements Live and Dead Stock Negroes and other things whatsoever and wheresoever in the said Province of Maryland sold Assigned and set over by the said James Wardrop deceased to the said John Buchanan as aforesaid at and for the most and best Price or Consideration Money that can be paid or got for the same or any part or Parcell thereof take and receive the Consideration or Purchase Money of such Purchaser or Purchasers And thereupon to sign seal Execute and deliver any Deeds Indenture or Indentures of Assignment Conveyance or Conveyances or other Acts or Writings whatsoever Needfull and Necessary for Selling Assigning or setting over the said Lands Tenements Houses Buildings Cattle Live and Dead Stock Negroes and other things whatsoever and wheresoever sold assigned and set over to the said John Buchanan in and by the said Indentures of Lease and Release bearing date respectively as aforesaid And Further for him the said John Buchanan in his Name and for his Use to Ask Demand Levy sue for and by all Lawfull ways and Means whatsoever Recover and Receive of and from all and every or any Person or Persons whatsoever or the Heirs Executors or Administrators of the said James Wardrop deceased all such sum and sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandize Effects Estate and things which now are or shall or may hereafter be due Owing Payable belonging or in any wise Appertaining to him the said Constituent whether by Bond Note Bill Book debt Account consignment Contract agreement decree sentance Judgment Execution Extent or for by or upon any other account way reason or means soever nothing |
