538 sixteen perches then with a strait line to the beginning place Containing sixty two Acres of Land more or less And begining for the other Tract or parcel of Land Called Favour and Ease at a Bounded Chestnut being one of the bounded Trees of the whole Tract and runing thence South Seven Degrees West forty four perches then South forty two Degrees West ninety perches then South forty five Degrees West Eighty Perches then North Eighty four Degrees West Seventy Seven perches then South thirty one Degrees West twenty four perches to the Land called Shivers Integrity then South forty two Degrees East ninety six perches to the aforesaid Land Called Parrs Range then North forty two Degrees East four perches then South forty two Degrees East One hundred and Ten perches then South Sixteen perches then North thirty Eight Degrees East Eighty five perches to Intersect the North sixty four Degree West Course of the said Land at the end of one hundred and fifty two perches then North sixty four Degrees West sixteen perches to the End of the said Course then North thirty Degrees West sixty perches then North Eleven Degrees East thirty four perches then East forty two perches then North forty six Degrees East fifty Perches then North Ninety four perches then with a Strait line to the first beginning Containing and laid out for One hundred and Seventy Acres of Land more or less together with all and singular the Premises and appurtenances of the aforesaid Two Tracts or parcels of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the aforesaid two Tracts or parcels of Land with there & every of there premises & appurtenances unto the only proper use and behoof of him the said Nicholas Aldridge his heirs and Assigns for ever and to & for no other use Intent or purpose whatsoever And the said William Aldridge his heirs & Assigns that he the said William Aldridge and his Heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter Warrant and Defend the aforesaid two Tracts or parcels of Lands and Premises with there appurtenances unto him the said Nicholas Aldridge his heirs and assigns against any Person Claiming any Right Title property or Interest of in or to the aforesaid two Tracts or parcels of Land by from or under him the said William Aldridge or his Heirs And the said William Aldridge for himself and his heirs doth further Covenant Grant and agree to & with the said Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs & Assigns for Ever hereafter that he the said William Aldridge & his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times make do acknowledge suffer or Execute or Cause to be made done suffered or Executed all & every such further or other thing or things Assurances or Conveyances in the Law as he the said Nicholas Aldridge his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall from time to time reasonably Devise or advise for the better Assurance surety and sure making of all and singular the Premises hereby bargained and sold or hereby Intended to be bargained & sold Provided there be no further or other Warrantee therein Contained than to Warrant and Defend the said Land & Premises from the said William Aldridge & his heirs & all other persons Claiming by from or under him and his Heirs according to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof the said William Aldridge hereunto sett his hand and Affixed his seal the day and year first above written W.m Aldridge seal Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us W.m Lux H Ridgely |
