530 Day then to come by the said Joseph Gill his Executors Administrators and Assigns to the said Thomas and William Ringgold their Executors Administrators or Assigns as by the said recited Mortgage referrence being thereto had may more fully and at large appear Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said Joseph Gill for and in Consideration of the sum of two hundred and four pounds four shillings and Eleven pence sterling money to him in hand paid by the said John Stewart and Duncan Campbell the Receit whereof he doth hereby acknowledge Hath bargained sold Assigned transferred and set over and by these Presents Doth bargain sell assign Transferr and set over unto the said John Stewart and Duncan Campbell their Heirs and Assigns all that the aforesaid Tract of Land called Long Range with the appurtenances and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim Equity of Redemption and demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said Joseph Gill of into or out of the aforesaid Tract of Land with the appurtenances and all Equity of Redemption Claim and Demand whatsoever by virtue of the Proviso for Redemption contained in the said Recited Indenture or any of the Provisoes Conditions Covenants and Agreements therein Contained on the part and behalf of the said Thomas and William Ringgold their Certain Attorney Executors Administrators and Assigns To have and To hold the said Tract of Land with its appurtenances unto the said John Stewart and Duncan Campbell their Heirs and Assigns for ever Provided always and it is the true Intent and meaning of these Presents that if the said Joseph Gill his Heirs and Assigns do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid to the said John Stewart and Duncan Campbell their Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of two hundred and four pounds four Shillings and Eleven pence Sterling Money with legal Interest for the same on or before the Tenth day of March Seventeen hundred and Sixty Seven then these presents and every Clause and Covenant herein contained shall become Null and void And the said Joseph Gill doth hereby for himself his heirs and Assigns Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Stewart and Duncan Campbell that he the said Joseph Gill his Heirs and Assigns shall and will well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said John Stewart and Duncan Campbell the aforesaid sum of two hundred and four pounds four Shillings and Eleven pence sterling money with legal Interest for the same at the time herein before for that purpose mentioned In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and Seals the day and year first above written Joseph Gill seal Signed sealed and Delivered in the presence of Rob.t Alexander Will.m Lux On the back of the aforegoing Deed it is thus Written Viz.t Received the day and year first within mentioned of and from the said John Stewart and Duncan Campbell the sum of two hundred and four pounds four shillings and eleven pence sterling Money being the Consideration to be paid to me Joseph Gill Witness William Lux Rob.t Alexander |
