516 under the Care of William Minor or otherwise and all and Singular the Pipe Hogshead and Barrell Staves Plank and Lumber of him the said Reginald Grahame at Vienna or elsewhere on Nanticoke now lying or which may hereafter be brought ^there^ for his use or Account And all the Estate RIght Title and Interest of him the said Reginald Grahame in and to a Sloop called the Dolphin burthen about forty five Tons and all her Furniture and Cargoe sent to the West Indies under the Command of a Certain John Murphy now settled as is said at Santa Cruiz without having made any returns for said Sloop or Cargoe And all the Estate Right Title and Interest of him in and to all and Singular the Book Debts Bonds Notes of hand or other Securitys owing or Payable to him the said Reginald by all and every Person in Maryland Virginia or else where beyond the Seas and also the Books of Account of him the said Reginald Grahame for all the Dealings and Transactions he hath had since his Begining the World as a Merchant And all the Estate Right Title Interest use Possession Trust Inheritance Claim and Demand Whatsoever of the said Reginald Grahame of in and out of the said Premisses and every Part thereof together with all Evidences Writings or Papers touching or Concerning the said Premisses or any Part thereof as the said Reginald Grahame now hath in his Possession or Custody To have and to hold all and Singular the said Molasses Negroes and their Increase Schooner Nancy her furniture and Lading and all and Singular the other before recited Premises and every Part thereof whatsoever hereby Bargained or Sold or Meant or intended so to be with every of their Appurtenances unto the said Daniel Wolstenholme James Forbes and Stephen West their Executors Adm.rs and Assigns forever as their own Proper Goods Chattells and Estate upon Special Trust and Confidence Nevertheless and to the intent and Purpose that the said Daniel Wolstenholme James Forbes and Stephen West or some of them their Heirs Executors or Administrators shall and will by the Sale and Collection of the said Effects and Debts Levy and raise Money with all Convenient Speed and therewith Pay and Satisfye all and singular the Debts which he the said Reginald Grahame doth now owe of his own Proper Debt by Specialty or Otherwise unto them the said Daniel Wolstenholme James Forbes and Stephen West and all other his Credittors by a just Dividend in Proportion as herein before expressed In Witness whereof he the said Reginald Grahame hath hereunto set his hand and seale the day and year above Written Reginald Grahame seal Signed Sealed and Delivered being Written on Two sheets of Paper in Presence of us Jn.o Cooke On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written David Craufurd Viz.t February 23.d 1765 Then Received of Daniel Wolstenholme James Forbes and Stephen West being the sum of Five Shillings being the Consideration Money expressed in the foregoing Deed Witness Reginald Grahame David Craufurd |
