515. all his the said Reginald Grahames right Title and Interest in and to a Certain Warrant of Escheat Granted out of his Lordship the Lord Propry's Land Office for which Certificate is returned by William Haskins Surveyor of Dorchester County for about fifteen Acres of Escheat Land at Town Point in Dorchester County aforesaid and all the Estate Right Title and Interest of him the said Reginald Grahame of and into a Quantity of Molasses being Ninety two hhds and Juices be the same more or Less lying in the City of Annapolis in the Warehouses of Charles Carroll Esq.r in the Care or Direction of the Comptroller and Collector of his Majestys Customs And all the Negroe Slaves of him the said Reginald Grahame being Nineteen in all great and Small in Maryland Virginia or else where with their future increase that is to say Negroe Massey about 40 Years Old Simm about 28 Years James about 25 Years Welk about 14 Hannah about 26 Esther about 17 Patience about 32 Dick about 14 Sam about 13 Joe about 12 Laddy about 11 Liney about 4 Charles or Harry about 4 Months old Jenny about 30 Years Old Angola about 16 Yrs old Jem about 14 Maria about 12 Tom about 8 & Jenny about 8 and all his the said Reginald Grahames Right Title and Interest in and to a Schooner called the Nancy Burthen about eleven hundred Busshells now lying in Choptank or Nanticoke under the Care of William Vickars with all her Sails Rigging Boat and other furniture & Lading Whatsoever And all his the said Reginald Grahames Right Title and Interest in and to a New Schooner not yet launched burthen about eighty Tons building on Raccoon Creek by Samuel Roach for him the said Reginald Grahame and Alexander Laing each one half Concerned and towards which he the said Regi Grahame hath Advanced the sum of Two hundred and Twenty four Pounds Currency a New Main Sail and three Pieces of Sail Duck N.o 3 And all his the said Reginald Grahame Right Title and Interest in and to all the Store Goods of every kind in his Store at Vienna or else where in Maryland or Virginia or beyond the Seas And all his the said Reginald Grahames Household and Kitchen furniture of every kind lying and being at Vienna in his Present Dwelling House And all and Singular his the said Reginald Grahames Stock of Cattle and Horses Consisting of Two Cows and six Horses and Mares And all his the said Richard Reginald Grahames Right Title and Interest in and to all and Singular his Pipe hogshead and Barrell Staves now lying or may hereafter be brought Down for his Use or Account on Black Water piled up at the Bridges or else where And all and Singular the Pipe hhd and Barrell Staves now lying or may hereafter be brought Down for his the said Grahames Use or Account on Choptank River or any of the Landings therefor Dealings at Town Point (under) |
