       with the Increase of the said Negroes Nimby and Sall unto him the said David Ross
       his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only Proper use of him the said David Ross his
       Heirs and Assigns and to and for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever And
       the said Orlando Smith for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       hereby Covenants and Agrees to and with the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said Orlando Smith his Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforementioned
       Tracts of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging
       and also the aforesaid Several Negroes with their and each of their increase
       unto him the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns as well against him the said
       Orlando Smith and his Heirs as against all and every Person or Persons whatsoever
       shall and will forever Warrant and Defend ^by these Presents^ Provided always and it is the True intent
       and Meaning ^of these presents^ and the Parties thereto that the said David Ross his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators shall put up the said Parcells of Tracts of Land and the
       said Negroes aforementioned to Public Sale for the Paying off ^and Discharging^ the Debts aforementioned ^aforementioned as soon as Conveniently may be and that if the said Tracts of Land and Negroes should sell for more than will discharge the Debts af.d^
       said with Interest and all Costs Attending the same then the Overpluss to
       be Paid to the said Orlando Smith his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       by the said David Ross his Heirs Executors and Administrators and the said
       Orlando Smith further Covenants and Agrees for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       that he will save harmless the said David Ross his Heirs Executors &
       Administrators in case the said Tracts o land and Negroes should not Sell
       for as much Money as will Satisfy and Pay the Debts aforesaid and Interest
       and that he the said Orlando Smith his Heirs Executors and Administrators will execute
       Deeds for the said Lands and Give Bills of Sale for the Negroes aforesaid to whoever shall
       become Purchaser or Purchasers of the same from the said David Ross by Virtue of
       the Premises aforesaid so as to Convey Sufficient Title in Law to the Purchaser or Purchasers
       of the said Land and Negroes In Witness whereof the said Orlando Smith
       hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year aforesaid
          Sealed and Delivered in the Presence            Orlando Smith   Seal
       of The Word called between the fourteenth
       and fifteenth Line and the Words and Premises
       Between the Twenty sixth and Twenty seventh
       Line being first Interlined

          On Received on the sixteenth day of February One Thousand Seven hundred and
        Sixty five of the within named David Ross the sum of Five Shillings being one
