511 or Deemed to belong or in anywise Appertaining or Deemed to Appertain with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Ninian Edmondston of in and to the same To have and to hold the Land and Appurtenances aforesaid unto the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns To the only Proper use and Behoof of him the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Ninian Edmonston doth Covenant and Agree to and with the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns that the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns shall and may at all times hereafter Quietly and Peaceably hold Occupy and Possess the Land and Appurtenances aforesaid free and Clear of and from every Incumbrance and Charge whatsoever and the said Ninian Edmondston doth further Covenant and Agree to and with the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Ninian Edmondston his Heirs Executors and Administrators shall and will forever hereafter well and Truly Warrant and Defend the Land and Appurtenances aforesaid unto the said David Ross his Heirs and Assigns against all Persons Whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Ninian Edmondston hath hereunto sett his Hand and Seal the day and Year first above Written Ninian Edmonston Seal Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of us the Word thirty having been first interlined after the Word West in the twenty second Course above mentioned Thomas Clagett, Alexander Clagett Cha.s Jones On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Vizt Received the 27.th day of February 1765 of David Ross the sum of five Shillings Currency being the Consideration within mentioned Witness my Hand Test Nin Edmonston Thomas Clagett Alexander Clagett Charles Jones Maryland Frederick County fs.t Be it Remembered that on the 27.th day of February in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Sixty five Personally Appeared before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid Ninian Edmonston Party to the within Instrument of Writing and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named David Ross his Heirs and Assigns According to the intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly for such Cases (made) |
