       of Maryland and Acknowledged the within Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the
       ^Mill and^ Several Tracts of Land and Parts of Tracts of Land with the Premises and Appurtenances
       to them and each and every of them belonging or in anywise Appertaining
       to be the Right and Estate of the said said James Dick and Thomas Richardson
       their Heirs and Assigns According to the true intent and meaning of the within
       Indenture and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided

Ex.d Maryland fs.t   Know all Men by these Presents that I Lewis Duvall of
       Prince Georges County for and in Consideration of the sum of Fifty two Pounds Four shillings
       and eleven Pence Sterling Money and three Pounds eleven Shilling and one Penny Current
       Money which being due from me to Thomas Snowden of Prince Georges County and
       Province aforesaid Iron Master at and before the execution of these Presents the receipt
       whereof is hereby Acknowledged Have Bargained Sold and Delivered unto the said Thomas
       Snowden one Mare of the English Breed Calld Sellima and a horse Colt come of
       the same Mare Called Matchem and a Dark Rone Stone Horse Call'd Cesar and
       a Servant Man named William Bryan Together with them and their Increase To
       have and to hold the said hereby Bargained Premises unto the said Tho.s Snowden
       his Ext.rs Administrators and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said
       Thomas Snowden his Executors Adm.rs or Assigns for ever   And I the said Lewis Duvall
       for myself my Executors Adm.rs and Assigns the said hereby Bargained Premises
       unto the said Thomas Snowden his Executors Adm.rs & Assigns against
       all Persons shall and will Warrant and forever Defend by these Presents against
       any former Sale or Sales or any other Incumbrances Effecting the same by
       me made Done or Suffered  In Witness whereof I the said Lewis Duvall have hereunto
       Interchangeably set my Hand and Seal this Twenty eighth day of February One
       Thousand seven hundred and Sixty five
          Sealed and Delivered in the                                    Lewis Duvall   Seal
          Presence of                              On the Back of the aforegoing ^Deed^ was thus Written Viz.t
                   Sam Snowden               Received this Twenty eighth day of February one
                   John Snowden               Thousand seven hundred and Sixty five Fifty two
       Pounds four Shillings and eleven Pence Sterling Money and three Pounds
