495. Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and that the within Bargained & Sold Lotts of Land are by this Deed become the Right and Estate of the within named William Mollison his Heirs and Assigns and at the same time the aforesaid Alexander Symmer and Andrew Symmer did each for himself and both Jointly Acknowledge the within Instrument of Writing to be their Joint and several Act and Deed and within mentioned Goods and Chattells Rights and Credits to be the Right and Estate of the said William Mollison his Executors and Administrators forever According to the true intent and meaning thereof Acknowledged before Geo Steuart 1765 Feby 11.th Received of M.r William Mollison eight Pence Sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation fine on the within eight Lotts of Ground by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships Agent and receiver General Benj.a Beall Recorded the 11.th Feby 1765 8 1/2 Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty sixth day of January in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Sixty five Between Andrew Symmer of Prince Georges County Merchant of the one Part and William Mollison of the City of London Merchant but now of the Province of Maryland of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Andrew Symmer for and in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings Sterling Money to him in hand Paid by the said William Mollison the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged He the said Andrew Symmer Hath Granted Bargained and Sold Aliened and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain & Sell Alien and Confirm unto the said William Mollison his Heirs & Assigns forever all that Moiety or one half Part of a lott of Ground scituate lying & being in Upper Malbrough Town in Prince Georges County aforesaid Numbered in the Plott of the said Town Fifty one together with all & Singular the Houses out Houses Gardens Orchards easements Advantages and Appurtenances to the said Moiety or half Part of the Lott of Ground belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder |
