       Tables with all and every Part piece and Parcell of Household Furniture that
       are Usually known and called on the name of Household Furniture and all &
       Singular their and each of their Horses Hoggs Cattle Stock and Plantation
       Utensils of every sort and kind And also all and Singular the Goods Wares and Merchandize
       and every Piece and Article thereof which now are in their Store & Warehouses
       at Upper Malbrough or in their or each of their Possession and further they
       and each of them do Grant and Assign and Sett over unto the said William Molleson
       all and Singular the several Debts and sums of Money and Tobacco due to them
       by ^Judgment^ Bond Bill Note Open Account and Store Book or that is due to them in any
       other Manner or way To have and to hold the aforesaid several Negroes Household
       Furniture Cattle Plantation Utensils Goods Wares and Merchandize
       and all and Singular the Debts due to them ^and^ all and every the Goods and Chattells
       whatsoever belonging to them or either of them unto him the said William
       Molleson his Executors Administrators and Assigns In Witness whereof the Parties
       to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the day and Year
       above Written

       (all Interlineations being made                           W.m Molleson   Seal
       before the execution hereof) in
       Presence of us

                               Edm.d Key            On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
                               William Steuart      Written Viz.t

       25.th January 1765   Then received of William Mollison the sum of Six thousand
       Pounds Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned

       25.th January 1765   Then came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Alexander Symmer and Andrew
       Symmer and the said Alexander Symmer did Acknowledge the within Instrument
