493. Forty Forty one ^nine^ Forty two Fifty Sixty one and Sixty two in a Ploat thereof lodged in the County Court Office together with all and Singular the Dwelling Houses Kitchens Stables and all other Houses Orchards Gardens Paling and all other Improvements Conveniencies and Advantages to the said Several Lotts or either of them belonging or in anywise Appertaining and also the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services of the Several Lott or Lotts or either of them and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Alexander Symmer of in and to the said Lotts or either of them To have and to Hold all and Singular the said Lotts with their or either ^Appurtenances^ of them and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand unto him the said William Molleson his Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said William Molleson his Heirs and Assigns forever and Whereas the said Alexander Symmer and Andrew Symmer have Carryed on the Buisiness of Merchants as Partners in Trade whereby they have Acquired Sundry ^and Divers^ Goods and Chattells Wares and Merchandizes Negroes Household Stuff Plantation Utensils and have also due unto them divers Sums of Money and Tobacco upon Bonds Bills Notes and Accounts and store Books as joint Partners in Carrying on their said Trade And also each of them have Sundry Goods and Chattells belonging to them in their Private Rights distinct from their joint Trade Now this Indenture farther Witnesseth that the said Alexander Symmer and Andrew Symmer each for himself and both jointly for and in Consideration of the aforesaid sum of Money to them in hand Paid as aforesaid Have Given Granted Bargained Sold and Assigned and each of them Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell and Assign unto the aforesaid William molleson his Executors and Assigns and Administrators the following Eleven Negroes to wit Bome Jack and Alexander Three Men The three Negro Women named Nanncy Venus & Margaret The two Negro Girls named Becky and Peggy and the Three following Negroe Children named Lucy Nell and Dick and Also all and Singular their and each of their Household Stuff and furniture Household Linnen Bedding Brass Puter Desks Bookcases Chairs (Tables) |
