       require and to referr to Arbitration any Disputes or Differences that may arise
       in relation thereto and also if Needfull to Appoint one or more Attorney or
       Attorneys under them respectively for all ^every^ or any of the Purposes herein contained
       and the same again at Pleasure to revoke and Generally to ^do^ and execute all and
       every Act and thing whatsoever needfull or Necessary to be Done in or about the
       Premises as fully and effectually to all intents and Purposes As they the said
       Constituents could or might do if Personally Present Promising hereby to
       Ratify confirm and Allow all and whatsoever their said Attorneys and each
       of them and their respective Substitutes & shall lawfully do or cause to be done
       by Virtue of these Presents   In Witness whereof the said Constituents have
       hereunto Severally set their Hands and Seals the fifth day of May One
       Thousand seven hundred and Sixty four

Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of January in the Year of our Lord
       One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty five Between Alexander Symmer
       and Andrew Symmer of Prince Georges County Merchants of the one Part and
       William Molleson of the City of London but now in the Province of Maryland
       Merchant of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Alexander Symmer
       and Andrew Symmer for and in Consideration of the sum of six Thousand
       Pounds Sterling Money to them in hand Paid by the said William Molleson
       at or before the Sealing and Delivery hereof the receipt whereof is
       hereby Acknowledged he the said Alexander Symmer hath Granted Bargained
       and Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents
       doth Grant Bargain and Sell Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said
       William Molleson his Heirs and Assigns forever All those eight Lotts
       of Land Scituate lying and being in Upper Marlborough Town in Prince
       Georges County and Numbered thirty seven Thirty eight Thirty nine
