       Lancelot Wilson to a Certain William Digges) to the above named Lancelot Joseph
       & Basil Wilson & Richard Cheney their Heirs & Assigns for ever   To have & to hold
       the above mentioned Negroes (the Girl sold to William Digges Excepted) to them the said
       Lancelot Joseph & Basil Wilson & Richard Cheney their Heirs & Assigns for ever
       for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred & four pounds thirteen shillings sterling
       by Doctor David Ross paid to me the said Charles Carroll the Receipt whereof I do
       hereby Acknowledge as Witness my hand this Twenty sixth day of April Anno Dom 1763

                   On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Wrote Viz

       1763   April 26.th Received of Doctor David Ross the sum of One hundred &
       four pounds thirteen shillings sterling for the use within Mentioned
       Witness   John Darnall                                             Charles Carroll

       1763   April the 26.th  Then Came Charles Carroll Esq.r before me one
       of his Lordships Provincial Justices & Acknowledged the within Deed
       according to an Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided

                      Recorded the 15th day of August 1763

Ex.d   This Indenture made this Sixth day of August in the
Duty p.d Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and sixty three between
J Brice Cl Lucy Watson of Frederick County Relict of Henry Watson of Prince Georges County
       Maryland deceased & John Watson of Frederick County his eldest son & heir at Law
       to the said Henry Watson of the one part and Richard Henderson of Bladensburgh
       in Prince Georges County Merchant of the other part    Witnesseth
       that Whereas a Certain Michael Taylor of Prince Georges County was possessed
       of a Tract of Land called Taylors Burgh lying in the said County containing
       about thirty Eight Acres by Virtue of a Certificate now in the Possession of
       the said Lucy Watson In these following Words Viz   Prince Georges County fs.t
       By Virtue of a Special Warrant granted out of his Lordships Land Office
       of this Province to Michael Taylor of Prince Georges County bearing date
