       Sealed and delivered in Presence of (the Words Commissary Generals) being first
       Interlined
                   Gideon McCauley        
                         Bariah Maybury      On the Back of the aforegoing was thus Written
                                                       Viz.t

       Be it Remembered that on the fifteenth day of December in the Year of our
       Lord Christ One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty four Before us the Subscribers
       Two of the Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland Personally Appeared the
       within ^named^ Gideon McCauley and Bariah Maybury who made Oath on the Holy
       Evangels of Almighty God that they were Present at the execution of the within
       Bond or Writing Obligatory and did see the within named Charles Goldsborough
       Edward Lloyd and John Ross severally Sign Seal and Deliver the same as their
       Acts and Deeds to and for the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned

       You are hereby Ordered Immediately to Enter the within Bond with the Indorsement
       in the Provincial Court Lands Records given under our hands this fifteenth
       day of December Seventeen hundred and Sixty four

Ex.d         This Indenture made this Nineteenth day of December in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty four Between Charles
       Wallace of the City of Annapolis of the one Part and Elie Vallette of the same City
       of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Charles Wallace for and in Consideration
       of the sum of Thirty two Pounds Ten Shillings Current Money to him in hand
       Paid by the said Elie Vallette at or before the ensealing and delivery of these Presents
       The Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath Bargained and Sold and by
       these Presents Doth bargain and sell unto the said Elie Vallette All that
