       Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcell
       thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premises
       and every Part and Parcell thereof with the Appurtenances unto him
       the said Philip Thomas his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the
       day next before the day of the date of these Presents for and during and
       untill the full end and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing
       and fully to be Compleat and ended To the intent and Purpose that by force
       and virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring Uses into
       Possession the said Philip Thomas may be Actual Possession of the
       Premises and be thereby enabled to take and Accept a Grant and
       Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs
       to and for such Uses Intents and Purposes as shall be therein expressed
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year above Written
       Sealed and Delivered
       in the Presence of                                                   Will Thomas      Seal
                         Geo Steuart
                         Henry Hill         On the back of the aforegoing Deed was
                                                  thus Written Viz.t

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the
       within named Philip Thomas the sum of five shillings Sterling Money
       being the Consideration Money to be within mentioned to be by him Paid
       to me                                                               Will Thomas

                   Henry Hill      Recorded the 8.th December 1764

Ex.d      This Indenture made this Seventh day of December in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between William Thomas of
       of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one
       Part and Philip Thomas of Ann Arundel County in the Province aforesaid
       Gentleman of the other Part Witnesseth that the said William Thomas for
       and in Consideration of the sum of Six hundred Pounds Sterling Money of
