       Seal this twenty ninth day of November In the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred and Sixty four

                                                       Written Viz.t

       Maryland fs.t  Be it Remembered that on the day and Year ^above^ Written
       Personally Appeared before me One of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court
       Charles Grahame and Acknowledged the above release to be his Act and Deed and
       Deed and the Lands and Negroes within mentioned to be the Right and Estate
       either in of Joseph Hutton his Heirs and Assigns

Ex.d      This Indenture made this sixth day of December in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
       seven hundred and Sixty four Between William Thomas of the City of Annapolis
       in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and Philip Thomas
       of Ann Arundel County in the province aforesaid Gentleman of the other Part
       Witnesseth that the said William Thomas for and in Consideration of the sum
       of Five shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand Paid by the
       said Philip Thomas at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       Receipt and Payment whereof the said William Thomas Doth hereby Acknowledge
       Hath Granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth Grant
       Bargain and Sell unto the said Philip Thomas his Executors Administrators and
       Assigns all that Tract or Parcell of Land ^Scituate^ lying and being in Cecil County in
       the Province aforesaid called Yorkshire Containing by Patent of Confirmation
       Six hundred and Seventy five Acres of Land more or Less together with all
       and Singular the Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water
       Courses Commodities Previledges Improvements Emolements Advantages and
       Appurtenances Whatsoever to the same Tract of Land belonging or in anywise
       Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and
                                                                                                  (Remainders)
