       hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day
       and Year first above Written

                                           On the back of the aforegoing Deed was
                                     thus Written Viz.t

       Maryland to wit   On the 20.th day of November Seventeen hundred
       and Sixty four came before Me one of his Lordships Justices of the Peace
       for Ann Arundel County the within named Michael Ruley Cornelius
       Garretson and Nathaniel Waters and did severally Acknowledged the
       within Instrument of Writing to be their respective Act and Deed to and
       for the Uses intents and Purposes therein mentioned According to the
       Meaning of the same Writing and the Act of Assembly in such Case
       made and Provided

11 1/2 sides      Recorded the 20.th Novem.r 1764

       Maryland fs.t  To all to whom these Presents shall come Know Ye
       that I Charles Grahame of Calvert County in the Province aforesaid Merchant
       for and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred and five pounds Sterling
       together with the Interest due thereon to me Paid by Joseph Hutton of
       Ann Arundel County Party to the within Indenture have released and Quit
       Claim unto and do by these Presents release Quit Absolutely Quit Claim
       unto the within mentioned several Tracts of Land and Premises unto him
       the said Joseph Hutton his Heirs and Assigns & Also have and hereby
       do release the within mentioned three Negroe Slaves unto him the said
       Joseph Hutton his Executors Administrators and Assigns Hereby Acknowledging
       myself fully Satisfyed & Paid the Consideration for which the within
       Mortgage was given In Witness whereof I have hereunto put my Hand and
