457 with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto them the said Rector Governours and Trustees ^and Visitors^ aforesaid and their Successors forever to and for the use of the said Free School and to and for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever and the said George Stockly for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant and Agree to and with the said Rector Governours Trustees and Visitors aforesaid and their Successors that he the said George Stockly his Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land with its Appurtenances unto them the said Rector Governours Trustees and Visitors aforesaid and their Successors against all Persons whatsoever shall and will forever Warrant and defend by these Presents Provided always and it is the true intent and meaning of these Presents and the Parties to the same that in Case the said George Stockly his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall ^well^ and truly pay or cause to be Paid unto the said Rector Governours Trustees and Visitors aforesaid and their Successors the aforesaid sum of one hundred Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain at or upon the first day of October which shall be in the Year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and Sixty five with legal Interest thereon from the date hereof without fraud or further delay then this Indenture or Deed or Mortgage to be Void and of no effect else to be and remain in full force and virtue in Law and the said George Stockly for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators hereby further Covenants and Agrees to and with the said Rector Governours Trustees and Visitors aforesaid and their Successors that he the said George Stockly his Heirs Executors and Administrators the aforesaid sum of One hundred Pounds sterling Money of Great Britain with legal Interest therein from the date hereof unto them the said Rector Governours and Trustees and Visitors aforesaid and their Successors at or upon the first day of October which shall be in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred Sixty five shall and will well and truly pay and Satisfy In Witness whereof the said George Stockly hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year first above Written Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of George Stockly Seal the Words (against all Persons whatsoever) being first Interlined John Brice Jun.r Ja.s Brice |
