Ex.d   This Indenture made the eighth day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ
       one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty four Between George Stockly of Dorchester
       County in the Province of Maryland of the one Part and the Rector Governor Trustees
       and Visitors of the Freeschool at Annapolis called King Williams School of the other
       Part Whereas the said George Stockly hath bought and Purchased of ^and from^ the said Rector
       Governours Trustees and Visitors of the said Free School an Tract or Parcell of Land
       lying and being in Dorchester County aforesaid called Surveyors Forrest containing
       by Certificate of Resurvey the Quantity of Five hundred thirty and four Acres of Land
       more or Less for the Consideration of the sum of two hundred and nineteen Pounds
       fifteen shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain and hath Paid to the said Rector
       Governours Trustees and Visitors aforesaid the sum of one hundred and nineteen
       pounds fifteen shillings Sterling Money aforesaid in Part of the Consideration Money
       aforesaid and thereupon the said Certificate was Assigned to the said George Stockly
       in order for his Obtaining a Pattent for the said Land in his own Name so that there
       now remains due from the said George Stockly to the said Rector Governours Trustees
       and Visitors aforesaid the sum of One hundred Pounds Sterling Money of
       the remainder of the Two hundred and nineteen Pounds fifteen shillings
       Sterling the Consideration Money aforesaid   Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the said George Stockly for the Security and Payment of the aforesaid sum of
       One hundred Pounds Sterling Money to the said Rector Governours Trustees
       & Visitors aforesaid and in Consideration thereof Hath Given Granted
       bargained Sold Aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents He
       the said George Stockly for himself and his Heirs Doth give Grant Bargain
       Sell Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto them the said Rector Governors Trustees
       and Visitors aforesaid and their Successors all that Tract or Parcell of Land
       lying and being in Dorchester County aforesaid called Surveyors Forrest Containing
       five hundred and thirty four Acres of Land more or less According to the Pattent
       thereof bearing date the day before the day of the date of these Presents together
       with the Appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise Appertaining To
       have and to hold the aforesaid Tract of Land called Surveyors Forrest
