450 in Manner and form following that is to say the said Samuel Stringer for his third part or Portition thereof shall begin at the Begining Trees of the said Land and runing thence South forty degrees east one hundred forty eight Perches then South eighty pchs then South forty degrees West one hundred forty Pches then South forty six Pchs then South fifty degrees West Thirty Pchs then South ten degrees east Sixty four Perches then West one hundred Nineteen Perches to intersect a line Drawn from the end of the thirteenth Course of said Land to the end of the nineteenth Course thereof then with said line North twelve deg.s east ninety Perches to the end of the end of said nineteenth Course then North forty two degrees east Seventy Pchs then North thirty five degrees West Forty Perches then North one hundred ninety eight Perches then West thirty two degrees Perches then North twenty deg.s West ninety Perches then with a streight line to the begining Containing and laid out for three hundred and forty nine Acres more or less that the said William Coale and Ann his Wife shall begin for their third Part or Portition thereof in the sixth Course of the said Land Sixty four Perches from the Begining thereof and running thence South ten degrees east Two hundred ninety six Perches to the end thereof then South forty West Seventy four Perches then North Sixty degrees West thirty two Perches then South Sixty degrees West Seventy six Perches then North Seventy deg.s West forty six Perches then North ten degrees West eighty Perches then North twenty degrees east one hundred twenty Perches then North thirty five degrees West Seventy six Perch.s then North twelve degrees east one hundred and three Perches to where the line of Samuel Stringers part Intersects ten ^then^ with said line to the Begining Containing and laid out for three hundred and forty eight Acres more or Less and the said Greenbury Ridgely and Lucy his Wife shall begin for their third Part or Portion thereof at the end of the thirteenth Course of the said Land and run thence North Sixty six degrees West One hundred forty Perches then North Thirty degrees West one hundred fifty eight Perches then North thirty nine degrees east one hundred ninety two Perches then North eighty degrees east Seventy Pches then South fourteen degrees east one hundred fifty eight Perches then South Sixty six degrees east Forty five Perches then with a Streight line to the Begining Containing and laid out for three hundred and forty (eight) |
