       eight Acres more or less that each of the Parties shall have hold Occupy and
       enjoy the Parts as above mentioned to them and their Heirs forever and the
       said Parties Doth hereby Acknowledge themselves to be Mutually Satisfied
       and contented with the aforesaid Division and for themselves their Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns do establish and Confirm this Present
       Division and for Avoiding all ambiguities Double Variances and Contentions
       which might hereafter arise touching or Concerning the same do Mutually
       and Respectively for themselves their Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns as aforesaid Covenant and Agree the said Division and Partition
       of the said Land and Premises so made as aforesaid shall be and
       enure and shall be and enure and shall be Adjudged Deemed and taken
       to be as Good effectual and Available in Law to all intents Constructions
       and Purposes whatsoever as any Division that might or could have
       been made by any manner of ways and means whatsoever & howsoever
       and Accordingly do mutually as aforesaid by these Presents Ratify and
       Confirm the same and the said Parties for themselves their Heirs Executors
       and Administrators and every of them do Covenant and Agree reciprocally
       as aforesaid that at the time of making this Division they are respectively
       legally seised in that Demesne as of Fee of and in their respective third
       Parts of the Premises as aforesaid without any Condition or Defeasance
       and have in themselves Good and Lawfull Right Power and Authority
       to make and finish the said Division to and with each other and further that
       their several and respective Parts of the Premises Allotted as aforesaid are and for
       ever hereafter shall be and stand clear and Clearly discharged and Sufficiently
       saved harmless by them their Heirs Executors and Administrators as
       aforesaid reciprocally and respectively of and from all former Bargains Sale
       or Other intanglements or Incumbrances of what nature or kind soever
       had made or Agreed unto by ^either of^ them Singly or Respectively or by their means
       knowledge Assent or Procurement; that they shall severally & Respectively
       to them their Heirs and Assigns for their own several use forever have
