448. his Heirs or Assigns or his or their Councill learned in ^the^ Law shall be from time to time reasonably Devised or Advised for the further and better Assurance surety and sure making of all and Singular the Premises hereby Bargained and Sold or intended to be Bargained and Sold so that there be no other or further Warrant contained therein than to Warrant the same from the said Samuel Stringer and his Heirs and all other Persons Claiming or to Claim any Right Title ^or^ Interest from by or under him the said Sam.l Stringer & his Heirs According to the true Intent and meaning of these Presents in Witness whereof the said Samuel Stringer hath hereunto set his Hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year above Written Sam.l Stringer Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presents of H Ridgely John Burgess Jun.r On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received this 20.th day of October 1764 of Rich.a Stringer ^Five shillings^ Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain being the Consideration Money within mentioned as Witness my Hand Sam.l Stringer Test H Ridgely On the 20.th day of Oct.o 1764 came the within named Samuel Stringer before us the Subscribers two Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel County & Acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act and the within Bargained Parcells of Lands to be the Right Title & Estate of the within named Rich.d Stringer his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the true intent and meaning of said Deed As Witness our Hands H Ridgely Recorded the 20.th Oct.o 1764 John Burgess Jun.r 10 1/2 sides Ex.d Maryland fs.t This Indenture made the 20.th day of Oct.o 1764 Between Greenbury Ridgely and Lucy his Wife of the one Part Samuel Stringer of the other Part William Coale and Ann (his) |
