       Savanah about half a Mile to the South West from the South West end of a
       Tract of Land called Pork Hall & runing thence North Sixty five degrees east
       one hundred ^and Twenty^ Perches then North Twenty five degrees east eighty Perch then
       North Sixty three degrees West fifty Perch then North twenty two degrees east
       Twenty Perches then North fifty five degrees West one hundred ten Perches
       then North thirty three degrees east fifty Perches then North Seventy degrees
       West forty Perch then South fifty two degrees West thirty Perch then North fifty
       six degrees West twenty four Perch then North forty Perch West twenty two Perch
       then South thirty seven degrees West ninety four Perch then North fifty four
       degrees West thirty Perch then South Sixty four degrees West thirty four
       Perch to intersect Alexander Warfields Part then with a Streight line
       to the begining Containing three hundred Acres more or Less together
       with all and Singular the Premises and Appurtenances to the said
       Two Tracts or Parcells of Land belonging or in anywise Appurtaining
       to have and to hold the said Two Tracts or Parcells of Lands together with
       the Premises and Appurtenances thereto belonging unto him the said Rich.d
       Stringer his Heirs and Assigns and to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever
       & the said Sam.l Stringer for himself and his Heirs doth Covenant
       Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Rich.d Stringer his Heirs
       and Assigns forever that he the s.d Sam.l Stringer & his Heirs shall and
       will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter Warrant and defend
       the said Two Tracts or Parcells of Lands and Premises with its Appurtenances
       ag.t all Manner of Persons Claiming or to Claim any manner Right Title
       or Interest unto the af.d two Tracts or Parcells of Lands and Premises with
       its Appurtenances from by or under him the said Sam.l Stringer & his
       Heirs but no further and the said Sam.l Stringer doth further Covenant
       for himself and his Heirs to and with the said Rich.d Stringer his Heirs &
       Assigns that he the said Sam.l Stringer and his Heirs shall and will
       from time to time and all times forever hereafter do make Acknowledge
       suffer and execute or cause to be made done Acknowledg.d suffered and Executed
       all and every such further and other Act or Acts thing or things
       Assurance or Conveyance in the Law as by the said Rich.d Stringer
