446 Ex.d Maryland fs.t This Indenture made this 20.th day of October Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between Samuel Stringer of Ann Arundel County of the one Part and Richard Stringer of the County aforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Sam.l Stringer for and in Consideration of Five shillings Good and lawfull Money of Great Britain to him Paid or secured to be Paid by the said Richard Stringer the receipt whereof the s.d Sam.l Stringer doth hereby Acknowledge ^and^ himself therewith to be fully Satisfyed contented and Paid Hath given Granted Bargained sold Aliened released & confirmed and by these Presents doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien release and Confirm unto him the s.d Richard Stringer his Heirs and Assigns forever all his the s.d Sam.l Stringer right Title Interest & Property of in and to all them Tracts or Parcells of Lands (for which a Deed hath been already Acknowledged and Recorded in the Records of the Provincial Court the second day of March Seventeen hundred and Sixty one in Liber B P N.o 4 folio 213, 214, 215 & 216 amongst the Land Records) Viz.t the one being part of a Tract of Land called Crosses Forrest lying Situate in Ann Arundel County begining at a bounded Poplar the Original begining Tree Standing in a Branch called Bear Branch (y.e said Tree being now Dead and running North forty seven degrees West one hundred thirty eight Perches to the Main Road then South thirty three degrees West Seventy two Perches to the Dividing Place of the said Road then South eighty one degrees West twenty six Perches then South eighty five degrees West forty six Perches to the Original line of Crosses Forrest then with the said line South forty seven and a half degrees east seventy eight Perches to a bounded White Oak in the head of Stoney ^Run^ the last bounded Tree of Crosses Forrest then by a Streight line to the first bounded Poplar Cont.g Seventy Acres more or Less And also one other Tract of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Stringers Chance lying Situate in Frederick County begining near the Center of five bounded White Oaks a Spanish Oak and a Gum Standing on the North side the Principal Draught of Lingonore that heads towards a Creek called Sams Creek Opposite to a small Savanah |
