       and Assigns forever and the said John Dorsey for himself and his Heirs doth hereby
       Covenant for himself and his Heirs to and with him the said Edward Dorsey
       his Heirs and Assigns that he the said John Dorsey and his Heirs shall
       and will from time to time and at all times forever hereafter Do make Acknowledge
       and suffer and execute or Cause to be made and Done suffered and executed
       All & every such further Act or Acts Thing or things Assurances or Conveyances
       in the law as by him the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns or his Council
       learned in the law shall be from time to time reasonably Devised Advised father better
       further and better Assurance Surety and sure making of all and Singular the Premisses
       hereby Bargained and Sold or intended to be hereby Bargained and Sold According
       to the true intent and meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties
       to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their
       Seals the day and Year first above Written

             H Ridgeley                        On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
                                                       Written Viz.t

       Oct.o 1.st 1764   Then came before us two of his Lordships Justices for
       Ann Arundel County Court the within named John Dorsey and Acknowledged
       the within Deed Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Land
       and Premises within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within
       named Edward Dorsey son of Jn.o According to an Act of Assembly   At
       the same time came Polley the Wife of the aforesaid John Dorsey who being
       Privately examined out of the hearing of her said Husband freely Acknowledged
       that She gave up all her Right and Title of Dower unto
       him the said Edward Dorsey without any fears or Threats of his Displeasure
       or Fear of the Displeasure of her s.d Husband According to
       the True intent and meaning of these Presents
