441 freely fully and Absolutely exionerate Acquit and discharge the s.d Edward Dorsey his Heirs Executors & Administrators and every of them by these Presents forever Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened enfeoffed and Confirmed & by these Presents doth fully clearly and Absolute Give Grant Bargain Sell Alien enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Edward Dorsey One hundred and eight Acres of Land Being part all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Chaneys Neglect lying and being In Baltimore County Begining at a Bounded White Oak Standing near the head of a Draught which descends into the Piny falls and thence into the Great falls of Patapsco and running thence North twenty degrees east Thirty three Perches North fifteen degrees West Twenty Perches North eighty five degrees West Sixty Perches South Sixty nine degrees West Forty two Perches South ten degrees West East thirty four Perches South forty six degrees West forty Perches North fifty degrees West thirty Perches North five degrees West One hundred and four Perches North sixty eight degrees West Fifty four Perches South ten degrees West one hundred and eighteen Perches South forty nine degrees West fifty four Perches South thirty one degrees West Twenty Perches South thirty seven degrees East Twenty six Perches North Seventy three degrees east fifty four Perches North eight degrees east Twelve Perches and thence with a Streight line to the Begining Containing and laid out for one hundred and eight Acres of Land More or Less Together with all and Singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise Appurtaining To have and to hold the s.d one hundred and eight Acres of Land and Premises with their Appurtenances unto him the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever to the Sole proper use and behoof of him the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever and to none other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever & the s.d John Dorsey for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant & Agree to and with him the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs Executors and Assigns That he the said John Dorsey shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter Warrant and forever defend the said Edward Dorsey his Heirs & Assignes All the above Bargained Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances claiming by from or under him the said John Dorsey his Heirs (and) |
