432 Wiesenthall hath secured before the Execution of these Presents Now this Indenture Witnesseth that they the said Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon and each of them for and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred Pounds sterling in hand Paid or secured to be Paid before the Execution of these Presents have and hath Bargained and Sold Aliened enfeoffed released and Confirmed and by these Presents do and each of them Doth Bargain and Sell Alien enfeoffe release and Confirm unto him the said Charles Wiesenthall his Heirs and Assigns all that Parcell of Land being one Moiety of a Tract of Land called Bonds Pleasant Hills Containing Two hundred Acres lying Baltimore County on the east side of Guins run the said Moiety begining at the first bounded Tree of the said Tract called Bonds Pleasant Hills and running thence South twenty seven degrees West Sixty Perches thence North West sixty Perches thence South Seventy five degrees and thirty Minutes West Seventy Perches to the end of the North fifteen degrees and thirty Minutes West One hundred and forty Perches Line of the Original Survey then reversing the said line North fifteen degrees and thirty Minutes east One hundred and forty Perches then east One hundred Perches then to the first tree Containing One hundred Acres of Land more or less together with all edifices Improvements Woods Under Woods Timber Trees Ways Waters Water Courses Easements Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Parcell of Land belonging or in anywise Appurtaining and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and Profits thereof and of every part and Parcell thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of them the said Andrew Theodore Bourdillon and Jane Bourdillon or either of them of into or out of the aforesaid Parcell of Land and every Part thereof To have and to hold the aforesaid Parcell of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances hereby Bargained and sold unto the said Charles Weisenthall his Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper use and behooff of the said Charles Wiesenthall his Heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever In (Witness |
