Ex.d   This Indenture made this sixth day of August in the Year of our Lord
       One thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between Cornelius Howard of
       Baltimore County Planter and Ruth his Wife of the one Part and John Hall
       of Ann Arundel County Attorney at Law of the other Part Whereas for the
       Docking barring and extinguishing all Estates Tail and Reversions or Remainders
       thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Lands and Appurtenances herein
       after mentioned the said John Hall as Demandent is hereafter (at the request
       Costs and Charges of the aforesaid Cornelius Howard) to Prosecute and sue forth
       out of his Lordships high Court of Chancery his said Lordships Writ of entry
       Surdisseisin enlepost against them the said Cornelius Howard and Ruth his
       Wife returnable and to be returned to the Provincial Court at Annapolis on
       the second Tuesday of September next whereby the said John Hall as ^to^ Demand
       against them ^the^ said Cornelius Howard and Ruth his Wife of a Tract or Parcell of
       Land called Lunns Lott (being the Inheritance of the said Ruth) lying and being
       in Baltimore County Adjoining to Baltimore Town Begining for the said
       Part at a Stone set down by the Stump of a red Oak Tree which tree is called
       for in the Original Certificate and Patent of Lunns Lott and therein expressed
       to stand in the line of ^the Land of^ Thomas Cole also the said stone is near the Begining
       of Baltimore Town in Baltimore County aforesaid and running from the said
       Stone bounding on the said Town Land West Seventy five Perches then again
       bounding on the said Town Land North North east one hundred and thirty
       seven Perches then North forty three degrees and thirty Minutes West ten Perches
       then South South West one hundred and thirty seven Perches then South
       forty three degrees and thirty Minutes east ten Perches then South Nineteen
       degrees and thirty Minutes east ninety Perches then east forty Perches to the
       North West Branch of Potapsco River then bounding on the said North West
       Branch the five following Courses Viz.t North twenty nine degrees West twenty
       Perches North Sixteen degrees West eighteen Perches North twenty degrees
       east eighteen Perches North thirty two Degrees east sixteen Perches North fifty
       five Acres of Land also all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Howards
       Square lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid Containing One
       hundred and fifty Acres of Land also all that Tract or Parcell of Land
