       of the same willingly and freely and without being induced thereto by fears or threats
       of or ill Usage by her Husband or fear of his Displeasure

Ex.d      This Indenture made the first day of August in the Year of our Lord one Thousand
       seven hundred and Sixty four Between Josias Talburt of Frederick County
       Planter and Jesse Wilcoxon of Prince Georges County Planter of the other Part
       Witnesseth That for divers Causes and Considerations and Specially for and in
       Consideration of the sum of five shillings Current Money its Covenanted Granted
       and Agreed upon by and between the Parties to these Presents That the said Jesse
       Wilcoxon shall before the end of the next Provincial Court Purchase and sue forth
       One Original Writ of entry Surdisseisin in lepost returnable before the Justices
       of the same Court at Annapolis and shall thereby Demand against the said
       Josias Talburt Part of a Tract of Land Surveyed for John Wilcoxon called Deer
       Park begining at a bounded White Oak the begining tree of the said Tract and
       running thence South twenty five and a Quarter degrees West One hundred and
       ten Perches then North West by West nineteen Perches then North by West
       Sixty nine Perches then North fifty Perches then with a streight line to the
       Begining Containing fifty Acres of Land a little more or Less and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging by such name or names Quantity or Number of
       Acres as the said Jesse Wilcoxon or his Council shall require unto which Writ
       the said Josias Talburt shall Appear gratis and shall Vouch to Warranty
       and Plead that Hugh Hunt did not disseise the said Josias Talburt and put
       himself upon the County whereupon the said Jesse Wilcoxon shall imparle and
       Afterwards come into Court and the Common Vouchee altho Solemnly called
       shall not come but depart in Contempt of the Court and maked default
       that thereupon Judgment shall be had & given that the said Jesse Wilcoxon
       shall recover the Land and Premises aforesaid with the Appurtenances
